Swimming (my daily routine) =)

hello there,

here, im gonna explain the benefits of swimming.
swimming is gud exercise (dat's obvious)hehe. but wat is it dat makes swimming good, specifically? dat depends on what u r trying to accomplish. my fav stroke is the freestyle stroke (front crawl)n backstroke. still learning how 2 make a butterfly stroke, one of the most admire stroke in the pool.

y do u swim? 4 the health benefits 2 ur heart n lungs? 4 the chance 2 be with some of ur frens at the pool? bcoz, in ur case, running everyday hurts? bcoz u like the feeling of floating n sliding through the water? or is it something else?

ohhhhh,i like swimming pools. hehe. kicking workouts, water aerobics, pool running, or a regular swimming workout can all giv u a great exercise session without the weight of ur body pounding u wif each move.

regular swimming builds endurance, muscle strength n fitness.it can serve as a cross training element to ur regular workouts. n dat is wat my frens Ruddy, Hisyam, Jenal, Azrul, Abey n Helmi always do. hehe. b4 a land workout, u can use the pool for a warm up session. swimming wif increasing effort 2 gradually increase ur heart rate n stimulate ur muscle activity is easily accomplished in the water. after a land workout, swimming a few laps can help u cool down, move blood through ur muscles 2 help them recover, n help u relax as u glide through the water. try 2 swim regularly 2 hav ur own personal swimming record n u’ll be happy wif it. wat i always do, try 2 swim until 2KM per day. 2KM/20 laps/40x is kinda enough 4 me.hehe

challenging each other, n sharing in the hard work make swimming wif others a rewarding experience. fren of mine, Ruddy, still trying 2 steal my record.hehe. but he can swim 600m non-stop. dats good for him. try relax n swim with a very low effort. let ur mind wander, focusing on nothing but the rhythm of ur stroke. fren of mine, Helmi, he can swim smoothly n struggling 2 hav the best record for himself. many swimmers find an in direct benefit form swimming. it can develop self discipline.
1 thing swimming is not gud 4, is losing a lot of weight. y? bcoz when u r in the pool u don't heat up as much as u do on land, n ur body does not have to work to cool u down as much once the exercise session concludes. swimming does exercise almost the entire body, such as heart, lungs, and muscles wif very little joint strain. it is great 4 general fitness. 1 more things, the bez way 2 drop excess pounds is getting urself into hot sauna room or steambath. it can burn ur calories n jacuzzi is gud for u 2 warming. relaxing. freshening n i didn't mention the neat things chlorine n sun can do 4 the texture n color of ur hair.
cant perform this activity 4 a month. :( 4 some reason.yeah. ramadhan

Eastwood Valley Golf n Country Club - the swimming pool is now open to public! its not juz a swimming pool. For RM5, u can get ur self into sauna, steambath n jacuzzi. the swimming pool is 1.5m deep n 50m long. its good for a beginner swimmer. Try it!
